Jill was born in New York City and raised in Massachusetts. She relocated with her family to Boca Raton, Florida, where she attended Nova Southeastern University, earning a bachelor of science in Nursing. Jill later earned her master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Chamberlain University. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With 14 years of experience in the ICU and vascular surgery, Jill joined The Rizzi Group, bringing her extensive expertise to the team. Jill focuses on understanding her patients' needs by taking the time to know them. She also emphasizes the importance of communicating with the communities she serves to create effective care plans. In her personal time, Jill enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Angie was born in Havana, Cuba. She moved to New York in 2002 with her mother. She attended Queens College in New York and then moved to Miami, FL. Angie earned her master’s degree in nursing from Florida National University. Her diverse experience includes Home Health Care, where she served as an Executive Director, primary care, and geriatric psychiatry. Angie found her passion for geriatric psychiatry in nursing school. She feels truly blessed every day to be in this profession where she can help others. She loves being a part of such a special team with Rizzi Mental Health Associates.

Angie is married and has a beautiful teenage daughter. In her spare time Angie loves to cook traditional Cuban food for her family and friends, and when her family is together there is always a lot of music and dancing!

Gina was born and raised in Ft. Myers, Florida. She began her career as a critical care nurse in the very hospital where she was born, Lee Memorial. Gina worked with Lee Health for over 20 years. During her time with Lee Health, she worked in the open heart and neurosurgical ICU, the post anesthesia care unit, the renal transplant care unit, and the surgical progressive care unit. Gina’s passion has always been working directly with her patients and much of her training was focused on Geriatric care. She feels the senior population is very special and they deserve providers who will be patient, compassionate, and respectful. She’s always had the ability to easily connect with her patients and families and understands the importance of including her patients’ loved ones in their care plan.

Gina loves spending time with her teenage son, Caleb. They are active in Pit Bull rescue and have four fur babies. Together they enjoy the Florida beaches and Universal Studios.

Karina was born in Austin, Texas and raised in Naples, Florida. She obtained her Master’s in Science of Nursing at The University of South Florida. Karina started her career as a Registered Nurse and worked in various settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health care, and medical surgical units in the hospital. She decided to further her career and went back to school to obtain her degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Karina chose healthcare as her career because she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. She has always enjoyed working with the geriatric population. Being part of Rizzi Mental Health Associates gives her the opportunity to work alongside some wonderful medical professionals. Karina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling together for competitive dance and taekwondo tournaments for her children. She also likes to spend time in her garden taking care of her orchid collection. Karina is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Raisa was born in Dominican Republic and raised in Miami, Florida. She moved to North Carolina in early adulthood where she finished her bachelor's of nursing at University of North Carolina. She took an assignment as a travel nurse for a few years where she gained a variety of skills and experience in different specialties from Med-Surg, progressive step-down, neurology, and orthopedics. She later went on to earn her master's degree at the University of Miami. Once she completed her degree, she relocated to Naples, Florida. Raisa fell in love with Naples and made it her home.  She then found her true passion in mental health care with the geriatric community. Raisa is thankful for the opportunity to make a difference helping others improve their mental health and well-being. She loves spending time with her son and doing home improvements projects.  Her interests include travel, kayaking, paddle boarding and keeping up with her son’s activities with soccer and tennis. Diane was born in Chicago, Illinois and lived there most of her life before relocating to Southwest Florida. She attended Chamberlain University earning a Bachelor of Science in nursing and then went on to Keiser University to earn her master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. During her nursing career, she worked in emergency medicine and long-term geriatric care. It was during this time that she developed a special enjoyment in working with the geriatric population. Diane believes that getting to know her patients and their families helps her to promote fully integrated care. She also follows a collaborative care model working with the staff in the communities she serves to best understand what her patients need for their mental health and to live their best lives. In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her children. She also enjoys caring for her horses and horseback riding.

Josette was born and raised in Haiti and moved to Florida in 1988. She attended and earned her AA/AS in nursing at Miami Dade Community College. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at FAU. While working as a Registered Nurse as a Case Manager Josette went back to school where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at Spring Arbor University, Michigan. Throughout her career Josette has worked in hospital settings, first at Jackson Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse in a Med-Surg unit, at Broward General in the Trauma Telemetry Unit, and later at HealthPark Hospital in the general unit. Josette’s experience also includes working in Skilled Nursing Facilities and with Hope Hospice Services as a Case Manager. Her path then took her to Park Royal Hospital where she began making rounds at Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Independent Communities as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Josette fell in love with psychiatry and decided to go back to college to earn her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Wilkes University. Today she is filled with joy that she has the opportunity to work with the elderly population and enjoys the time she spends with her patients. When she’s not working, Josette loves to serve at her local church and spend time with her two wonderful children and her husband.

Yasi was born in Havana, Cuba. She moved to Naples, Florida, in 2002. She attended Florida Southwestern State College for her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree. Yasi later earned her master’s degree in nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at South University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her experience includes Skilled Nursing Facilities, where she served various clinical roles and leadership as Assistant Director of Nursing. From a very early age, Yasi knew that her heart was in helping patients and their families during vulnerable stages of life. She enjoys caring for the geriatric population and developing meaningful patient relationships to provide integrated and compassionate care to make a difference in their lives. Yasi is married and has two young boys who practice boxing, two bearded dragon lizards, and two dogs. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Yasi loves spending time with family and friends, out in nature, dancing, music, traveling, fitness, and taking care of her mind, body, and soul!

Lennie was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. He earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Penn State, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Keiser University, and a master’s degree at Walden University. Lennie had an 18-year career as a Professional Wrestler before transitioning into the field of Mental Health as a case manager and crisis counselor. He subsequently acquired a bachelor's degree in nursing and worked in a psychiatric facility while teaching in an LPN-RN bridge program. His interest in improving care for the elderly led him to pursue a master’s degree in nursing. Lennie's decision to focus on elder care stemmed from his belief in the importance of providing high-quality care to those who have contributed to society. Lennie possesses skills in communication, listening, and empathy, and he aims to bring positivity and solutions to the patients he serves. He chose to work for The Rizzi Group due to their leadership team and core values of Respect, Care, Integrity, and Excellence. Lennie and his wife Adrian live with their Standard Poodles, Baby and Sheba. Nicole was born in Romania and came to the United States at the age of one. She was raised in Michigan before relocating with her family to Hollywood, Florida. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University and began her career as a Registered Nurse and Case Manager within the hospital environment. She subsequently obtained a master’s degree in Nursing Education, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and dedication to mentoring future nurses. Nicole further advanced her qualifications by completing both Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Jacksonville University, motivated by her desire to assist patients in managing acute and chronic health conditions and navigating the healthcare system effectively. In April 2021, Nicole successfully implemented a Quality Improvement project titled “Diabetic Education to Reduce Readmission of Patients with Diabetes” at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. This initiative demonstrated that providing evidence-based diabetes education prior to hospital discharge can decrease 30-day readmission rates. In June 2025, Nicole relocated to Naples, Florida to join a church community. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and maintaining an active lifestyle.​​

Guerline was born in Haiti and relocated to the United States during her teenage years. She began her academic journey at Miami Dade College, earning an associate’s degree in Art, followed by an associate’s degree in Nursing from Jersey College. Demonstrating a dedication to continual education, Guerline completed a bachelor’s degree in healthcare services administration at Florida International University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, she has held diverse roles with a primary focus on mental health. Her career includes positions at Collier County Jail and the Florida State Mental Health Hospital in Pembroke Pines, after which she worked as a neuroscience telemetry registered nurse at Naples Community Hospital. She then served in the Inpatient Health Crisis Unit at SalusCare. Motivated by her work in mental health nursing, Guerline pursued graduate studies at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She is committed to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health disorders and strives to educate patients and the community on this subject. Her approach emphasizes developing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their objectives and reach their full potential. Beyond her professional life, Guerline values time with her family, enjoys cooking and gardening, and volunteers with her local community church's food pantry. She is fluent in English, French, and Creole.​​
